Generate Random is made by HEKNO, a small product studio. There is no support desk and no ticketing system — messages go to a real person who works on the site.

Something is broken or wrong

If a generator is producing an incorrect result, a page will not work with a keyboard or a screen reader, or something in a generated list should not be there, please use our report a problem page instead. It asks for the few details that make a problem reproducible, which is usually the difference between a fix taking a day and taking a month. We treat correctness, fairness and accessibility reports as the highest priority work on the site.

Suggesting a generator

Suggestions are welcome, and the most useful ones explain what you were trying to do rather than only naming the tool — the underlying task usually tells us more than the label. We cannot promise to build any particular suggestion, and we will not add tools that require collecting personal data, running paid third-party services, or reproducing someone else's copyrighted material.

What to expect

We read everything. We cannot promise a reply to every message, and we do not want to advertise a response time we might not meet — but bug reports and accessibility issues get looked at first, and anything affecting the correctness of a result gets looked at immediately.
