Classroom Reward Wheel

A wheel pre-filled with classroom reward ideas — spin to pick a reward, or edit the entries to match your own class rewards.

How to use this tool

  1. Edit the pre-filled entries if you like.
  2. Press spin to pick a reward.
  3. Remove winners to avoid repeats.

Worked examples

Rewards that cost nothing
Replace the default entries with your own: sit anywhere for a lesson, choose the class playlist, five minutes of free reading, line up first.
A weekly class reward
Spin once on Friday for the whole class rather than per pupil, so the reward is something the group earned together.

Common use cases

  • Rewarding classroom behaviour or effort
  • End-of-week class treat selection
  • Gamifying classroom management

How this generator works

It is the standard wheel with a starting list of classroom rewards already filled in, so there is nothing to set up if you are short on time. The winning entry is chosen with your browser's Web Crypto random generator before the wheel starts turning, and the animation is calculated to land on it — the spin is for the class to watch, not part of how the result is decided. Editing the entries replaces the defaults entirely.

Limitations and good to know

  • The default rewards are generic suggestions, not advice about behaviour management. You know your class, your school's policy and what is actually practical — treat the list as a starting point to replace.
  • Entries are not saved between lessons. Keep your own list somewhere you can paste from, or you will be retyping it each time.
  • Randomised rewards suit some classes and not others. If a pupil would find an unpredictable outcome distressing, or if a reward needs to be earned rather than drawn, this is the wrong tool for that moment.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my own class rewards instead of the suggested ones?
Yes — the pre-filled list is only there so the wheel works straight away. Clear it and enter your own rewards, and only your entries will be used.
