Practical tips
- Name the whole floor at once. Rooms named individually over two years never end up as a set.
- Keep them short — the name has to fit in a calendar invitation alongside the meeting title.
- Avoid names that sound alike. Two rooms called Severn and Seven will be booked wrongly forever.
