What this generator does

Builds settlement names from prefix and suffix elements the way real place names formed, so the results share roots and sound like they belong to one region. That is the difference from picking names off a list, where every town sounds like it came from a different country.

Taken together those banks can be assembled 100 different ways, repeating after about 13.
