Prize Wheel Generator
A game-show-style prize wheel — enter your own list of prizes or incentives and spin for a fair, visible pick, great for events, promotions or classroom rewards.
What this generator does
A wheel of prizes, for events, classroom rewards and livestream giveaways where the draw is meant to be watched. Fixed segments and a visible spin make the outcome feel decided in the room.
How to use this tool
- Enter your prizes, one per line.
- Press spin for a fair random pick.
Understanding the controls
- Wheel entries
- Enter your actual prizes, one per line. Put a number after a prize to set how much of the wheel it takes — "Grand prize: 1" against "Try again: 9" makes the top prize a one-in-ten. Turn on remove-winner if each prize can only be won once, so a prize already awarded leaves the wheel.
Worked examples
- "Free coffee: 1", "£5 voucher: 2", "Try again: 7"
- Three slices sized 1, 2 and 7 out of 10, so the free coffee is a one-in-ten result, the voucher a two-in-ten, and try again a seven-in-ten — visible to the room as slice size before anyone spins.
Common use cases
- Event or promotion prize draws
- Classroom reward incentives
- Team-meeting fun prizes
How this generator works
The winning segment is drawn with your browser's cryptographic random generator the moment you press spin, and the animation then plays out to land on that already-decided result — it is not a physics simulation whose outcome depends on how the spin happens to slow down. That matters most here of all the wheels on this site: for a giveaway watched by a room or an audience, the odds are exactly what the slice sizes show, with no hidden weighting behind the animation.
Limitations and good to know
- This is a draw mechanism, not a compliant prize-draw system. Formal competitions usually carry record-keeping and fairness obligations this tool does not attempt to meet.
- Odds set by slice size are visible to everyone in the room, which is the point of a wheel: a prize you want to be rare has a visibly narrow slice, and there is no hidden setting that makes a wide slice win less often.
