Presentation Order Generator

Shuffles a list of presenters or speakers into a fair random running order — useful for work presentations, school projects, or conference/workshop speaker slots.

What this generator does

Produces the order people will present in, so nobody has to volunteer to go first. Deciding it by draw in front of the group is the point — it removes the awkwardness of choosing, and the awkwardness of being chosen.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter presenters, one per line.
  2. Press shuffle for a fair running order.

Understanding the controls

Presenters
One name per line. Everyone appears exactly once, so the output is a complete running order rather than a single pick.

Common use cases

  • Work or classroom presentation order
  • Conference/workshop speaker slots
  • Debate or pitch running order

Limitations and good to know

  • The order is random, so it takes no account of who needs to leave early or whose topic follows on from whose. Adjust by hand afterwards if that matters.

Privacy and your data

The presenter list stays in your browser. It is not uploaded, not kept between visits, and never written into the page address — so the running order you share afterwards is a screenshot or a copy, never a link that carries everyone's names.
